I would select a refurb one with Allstate warranty rather than new one sometimes...

I had to use the Allstate warranty on my V11 and I was impressed how easy it was. Labels were provided for shipping and it was a week turn around.

my v15 was shipped back with their label, and 3 days later they told me it cannot be fixed and reburse me the whole price lol, I bought another refurb one with it.

Got one for $250 a month ago and so far I like it. Only have tile though and use my robovac daily. This is for the areas my robovac can't get to and other jobs and it works well.
