I would select a refurb one with Allstate warranty rather than new one sometimes...

I had to use the Allstate warranty on my V11 and I was impressed how easy it was. Labels were provided for shipping and it was a week turn around.

my v15 was shipped back with their label, and 3 days later they told me it cannot be fixed and reburse me the whole price lol, I bought another refurb one with it.

Got one for $250 a month ago and so far I like it. Only have tile though and use my robovac daily. This is for the areas my robovac can't get to and other jobs and it works well.

Couldn't disagree more. Its an incredible cordless vacuum, especially at this price. Have had mine for 5 years. The build quality on the attachments don't feel as premium as I would have hoped, but it performs its function extremely well.
What Panasonic upright are you referring to. If its that much better I might upgrade.

I agree to disagree. Watch videos on how it can't suck up things even on hard surfaces LOL.

I ordered around Black Friday, and eBay tracking says it shipped out yesterday, will arrive in a couple of days.

I hope they improved the build quality at least somewhat. I have an old v6 that's been going and going, aside from replacing the batteries every few years, every major part broke within the warranty period, from the motor trigger to the motorbar to the extension wand (the locking tabs fly off), and after getting warranty replacements I have basically a whole second unit after hacking together the old broken pieces. But it's a pain having the whole thing fall apart while using it because there are no locking tabs keeping everything together while in use, lol

It doesn't have the suction power of a corded vac for sure, but it's so light and convenient to pull off the docking station and run a quick cleanup pass, and throw back on, that we use it more frequently and the house stays cleaner in general.

And when the kid complains about a spider on her bedroom ceiling, am I going to go pull out the corded vac, pull out the retractable cord, find a nearby outlet, and then raise the whole thing waist high to suck the spider? I just grab the Dyson off the wall dock, suck the spider up, and done in 10 seconds...
