Equivalent to Visible+ is Total 5G+, which you can get for $30/month on BYOD.

T-Mobile performs poorly on QCI7 (Mint and every other T-Mobile MVNO) when it's overcrowded, especially in places like Costco or a stadium. However, T-Mobile has the best raw download speeds when it's not congested. One reason for such performance is that almost all name-brand T-Mobile's own plans run on QCI6, as does Google Fi. So, every T-Mobile MVNO will have a bad time (except Google Fi) when congested.

Only a select few Verizon postpaid plans run on QCI7. All other MVNOs (Visible+, Visible+ Pro, Total 5G, 5G+, Spectrum) and Verizon Wireless run on QCI8. Then, at QCI9, all other deprioritized plans, like Visible Base, Total Base, and select US Mobile Warp, are found.

Just port your number to google voice so you keep your current number. Then sign up as a new customer and just forward from that new number to your number in gv and your good. Your able to skip around and get the best deals all the time. Just have to change your esim/sim and forward your new number each time.

Transfer your number somewhere cheap (like Helium Mobile, $5/mo). Cancel your Mint plan. Their system will delete your account almost immediately. For good measure, open a new account with a different email address. Transfer your number back in.

+1 to anyone can answer the question above as I also planning to port from Visible+ Pro plan. woot
Visible + pro is... Visibly better. I only switch to mint when they have a great deal that justifies lower performance. With that being said, I think 180 for 12 months is pretty sweet.

Jumped on this deal 2024 holiday. Speed is much faster than Verizon and Att mainline. Blown thru 35 gb a month multiple times haven't witnessed deprioritizing. 10gb hot just as fast, anywhere between 100 gb to 900 gb on laptop or I pad. That said that's a hard cap. When you use that data hotspot done. Best deal in a,Erica. For $15 a month by far.

That stinks. They should give you at least 6 months to activate.

Yeah - that's the bummer. If you are willing to switch numbers, it will work. But not fun to do.

I logged in my computer to switch to visible since Mint was ending and saw this advertisement.
That's the weak part, you don't, unless you're okay with getting a new number. I got this deal last year and moved to US Mobile because they had a $199 deal going on for Halloween. It was more expensive, but there were no fees added. I checked my Mint mobile receipt from last year and it was $180 + $28.59 worth of fees. $25.25 was for "recovery fees" which is pretty insane IMO. Because of that, US Mobile actually ended up cheaper.
I believe you have to move out of Mint for 90 days in order to get any "new customer" offers.

Verizon QCI7 is for first responders. Don't think they offer any generic plans with that for all consumers.
Total 5G Unlimited is 25/month. First money is 30/month and then enable auto pay for 5/month discount. Gets QCI8 (best average consumer will get) unlimited data, text, call. Hotspot is 15gb only. Also Disney+ trial for 6 months or something.
Total 5G+Unlimited is 30/month (35 first month and then 30/month with auto pay enabled). Hotspot becomes unlimited. Disney+ fully included.
Best deal currently is US Mobile offering 299/year (25/month) for unlimited everything (data capped at 50gb for verison and t-mobile). AT&T everything unlimted.

Would this work for existing members?

Transfer existing mint phone # to google voice then purchase this plan from mint as a new customer and transfer the old number back from google voice before the 45 time frame?

Where do you total 5G at $25 a month? And 5G+ at $30 a month?

You're right

But I think certain business plans get QCI7.

If you are wanting to keep your phone number you can Port it to Google Voice then it doesn't matter what carrier you go with you can move around or stay with the same carrier but just let them give you a new number each time and your number will always be with Google Voice and will never change as long as you want that number regardless of what carrier you go with for whatever deal they're running that year.
