Good luck , one I picked up says excellent,had no box no power cord no remote and dents

Also purchased an excellent condition open-box. Subwoofer was heavily damaged while soundbar itself was great condition. All cords and remote included, but no wall mount. Everything works as it should

Last time time this was posted, I bought one in fair condition for $106.99 after tax. No remote, but a replacement one was only a few extra dollars. Soundbar was also set to Store Mode and required the remote to get out of it.

Other than that, the sound is superb and definitely worth the price.

Ordered an Excellent one, but the store is 25 minutes away so not sure yet if I'm going to pick it up or not.

Store called me and said excellent didn't have the subwoofer. That's kind of not "excellent" anymore. I asked about discount for new one and they offered $180, but I don't think that was worth it for me so ordere cancelled. Nice that they called me though.

I saw a HW-B650/ZA open box excellent avaialble for shipping last night and ordered it and got a tracking #. I would expect that to have all parts and be in excellent condition upon arrival. After I ordered, I looked again as I would have posted availability here, but there were none so I must have gotten the only one available at the time.

Definitely not "excellent" what I got from Fedex today. It was in a huge box, seems like all of the parts are there, but the the speaker does have a little dent on one side and the sub has some scratches, a wood divot and the mesh is damaged in a place or 2. I might still keep it, but I'll see if I can get anything out of them.
