Less calories than a slice of bread.

But these are lightweight with a lot of air to make the product bigger. Not dense like Lundberg rice cakes.

i did the variety last $10.05 sale, the box was fine and cakes very fresh, but weeks delayed and shipped direct from CA to NY, not regionally distributed. i am getting the lightly salted this time which came to $8.87 far less than the 6x$4 i'd have to pay locally.

They're my favorite, followed by Cheddar. Everything tastes even cheesier than Cheddar even though there's no cheese (it has buttermilk). And it's all natural while the Cheddar has artificial flavors.

Love this stuff. We finished 2 boxes (12 packs) in a week. They're addictive. You can't stop at just one. Or two, or three, or even four. Everything is our favorite, with Cheddar a close second. Even the Lightly Salted is nice. I like spreading some hummus on it. Or eat it with sardines. But the Everything and Cheddar are flavorful enough to be eaten alone. For those who care, Everything is all natural while the Cheddar has artificial flavors.

So more expensive and you have to drive to get them.

Air is good for you. You'd actually die without it.
