This is just you. It's not available in your area. I have all conditions around me.

Strange, I go into incognito browser to let me search locations.

I 'bought' an Excellent online yesterday morning to ship when they first lowered the price. Two hours later my order was Cancelled with no explanation. Don't sell something you don't have. I would not trust an OLED monitor that is Good or Fair. It's likely a display model that's been on for months on the same screen so potential burn in.

I got the good condition in Orlando. Went to pick up myself. Missing headphone holder and cable organizer. Other than that, no scratches, no dead pixels. About 13 hours of usage.
When I turned on the monitor, the colors were extremely washed out, watched some videos and just updated the firmware to the latest version (must use USB-C DP port connected to laptop to update) and reset the monitor. Every looks great now. I guess that was the reason it was returned.
Still haven't tested the Gear-switch fully. KVM works. All display ports and usb hub works. Speaker is great.
OLED is beautiful as we all know.
Charging brick is huge as hell (400W) however the USB-C DP Alt port can provide up to 140W, so i guess that's why.
I can try to answer questions you might have as it is not a popular monitor, but I think it's a real hidden powerhouse.

Got one in Houston, there were 3 in my area. There were scratches on the one I got, but another one, some of the coating was wiped off, and all were missing lots of accessories. I combined some of the cables missing from another one, and had them mark a Good one to Fair since it had a couple of scratches. the screen is extremely delicate. Hooked it up this morning, and I am using it a bit for work. It powers my work laptop flawlessly, my Ally's RGB synced right up with the ambient light. The scratches are invisible when its on, debating on whether I'll keep it. With a $10 reward coupon, the total was $ 426 pre-tax. Coming from a 27-inch 2k IPS, it's pretty nice. I was initially looking for a Mini-LED, but somehow this is cheaper.

Managed to find out at Atascocita so I guess I'll be driving, but great price on it if its not damaged.

My recent experience buying this monitor: Purchased an "excellent". The box arrived a little beat up (don't know if it was because of fedex). The monitor itself had some scratches, would rattle when moved (a couple bits of broken pieces inside) and the upper left corner of the of the screen was completely black. A couple days after I ordered online a "fair" version popped up at my local BB so I bought it also. Needless to say, I returned the excellent one and was able to test the "fair" one at the store. The "fair" didn't have any scratches on the panel and overall looked much cleaner. There was no box and only the huge power brick was included. I left with it and am much happier.

i just got one of these, it was a display model. it showed a "panel on" statistic of 85 days. this monitor forces a pixel refresh every 16 hours of use.

BrianN3416 - How do you check the 'panel on' statistic? Is it easy to find in the screen menu? Thanks! Good to know about the pixel refresh too.
After refreshing the site multiple times daily, I managed to get an 'Open box: Excellent' that didn't get cancelled and says ready to ship. If it's in bad shape I'll return it to the local BB.
Note that they increased their open box prices, this is what is showing up now.
Open-Box Excellent: $637.99
Open-Box Good: $596.99
Open-Box Fair: $555.99
