Connectivity issues I'm not sure. Ppl said at first good then lags or disconnects. Or cannot use without usb, but selling point is to be usable without usb for 3 devices.
One commenter indicated the seller may be unscrupulous, making it look legit. And others cited used as new. Which is becoming a problem with amazon as a platform without QC. I already am avoiding microsd cards but this? Maybe technology is generally to be very cautious when purchasing.
$40 is very steep price, that I do expect longevity or durability. These are issues or complaints i expect from cheap keyboards but not Logitech. Coming from 90s where those keyboards still last, I've had two newer, recent Logitech keyboards that malfunctioned. Both were hardly used and even brand new, but opened years later. And had to throw them away or set aside for hope. I cleaned the membrane ones and reseat the ribbon (apparently out of factory k830 are loose). Just saying that somewhere along the lines Logitech is resting on laurel leaves. So these days I buy sub $15 keyboards [at this time, k270 wireless (~$8-$10) + unifying receiver (~$6-$8)] bc I expect them to die as long as I can get 2 years usage. Or buy wired keyboards, generally those don't die. 1 of the two keyboards that didn't work brand new was wired but it's from Logitech, and that's even worse that a wired keyboard failed as new item.
This is more experience across time and evaluation of Logitech as a company. And looks like they went route of making keyboards not lasting to make us rebuy down the road. This contrast with keyboards from 90s, where I never hear of breakdowns or not as common. Maybe not reported (pre internet era) but going by that those keyboards are still functional today, personal case.
