512GB Unlocked $1400 without any trade-in offers, my EPP was not eligible. Left it in the Samsung Shop app for a few days and it dropped it down to $1350 at some point. Website was showing $1400, the $50 discount was only for the app.
Also tried to include the $250 off $1250 for PayPal Pay in 4, but Samsung wasn't part of the eligible merchants for my PayPal account. Others were able to get it work for Samsung so YMMV.

I regretted not getting it during the pre-order period and $1350 is likely the lower range of what it will go down to before the Fold 8 comes out next year. My Fold 4 trade-in value went from $800 to $233 so I didn't bother with trade-ins and didn't want to miss out again.
That said, if this price sticks for BF and the trade-in values for the Fold 4/5 go back to $800/900, it might be worth it to eat the restocking fees and trade-in my Fold 4 instead of selling it.
With the popularity and sales of the Fold 7 and increased RAM prices for the whole electronics industry on top of the pointless US tariffs, I don't see Samsung offering much better deals for the Christmas sales.
It's a bummer to not get $250 cashback, but it is what it is.
