It's been around $20-22 lately so I consider it a great deal IF the expiration date isn't soon. Which you can't know until you buy. Not everyone gets the same batch either.

Just chat with the rep and tell them that the bag has a tiny hole in it and has let out its freshness.

I've had some really bad experience buying coffee off Amazon regarding old coffee. It's really hit or miss, but when those misses can land you with coffee that's already 18 months old. And sometimes you're buying 3-6 bags of the stuff.

You should be able to return easily, right?

Actually, I don't think they accept returns on certain foods. I bought some Peets ground coffee a couple of weeks ago when I meant to buy whole beans, and they said they don't accept returns on that. But they did refund me anyway and told me to keep the coffee.

Recently i have been having more luck being able to return non returnable items. You definitely have to start a chat and it ends up being needed to drop off at Whole Foods.
