Same as last month and last Black Friday. Nice headphones. Refurbs from Bose seem the be the way to get them for cheaper if that deal comes around again.

Is this an upgrade or a downgrade to the Older QC35 II? I'd mainly want it for the micro USB to type c upgrade but I hear audio is worse?

I have both and maybe bc my qc35 ii are older and worn (which I'll still take them over my XM5), but I feel like the sound is far more full on these newer ones.
