It's a new item that was released just a few months ago (July 27, 2025). Small companies often give out free items so that they can start getting reviews. Shoppers tend to avoid products with no reviews.

Now we avoid products with Vine reviews as they are paid reviews.

What are you talking about? Who is "paid" and how? You might want to research what the Vine program is before posting. The NY Times had an article about the reliability of Amazon reviews and found Vine reviews no more positive than non-Vine reviews.

Participants are provided products BY AMAZON, not by the companies. There is no incentive to provide fake positive reviews since reviewers don't deal directly with the manufacturers. It's not as if the company will keep giving them free items if reviews are possible. Indeed, it's the customer who chooses what product to review. No company has any contact to the reviewers, including soliciting reviews or offering incentives. So exactly how are they "paid reviews" and why should we avoid the products?

That's a different model. That model has more heat settings. This is the Entry-level Heat Gun, which the seller has relocated below. It's $15.99 but the coupon no longer works. I expect them to have another coupon soon.

No, that's the deluxe model. Again relocated this Entry-level model below. It's $15.99 but the coupon no longer works. I expect there to be a new cotton soon. That's what usually happens when a product is relocated on Amazon.

Yeah, ok. There is no need to scream and get upset about it. The reviewers get the products for free, which means they are getting paid and are getting influenced by that free product. Not sure where you got your English language education from, but you need to go back and request a refund.

I found this person's English skills perfectly fine. Maybe you need to get a refund from the "how to get along with others" class..

That's not how it used to be. Vine reviewers would get kicked out of the program if they submitted too many negative reviews. No company wants to start their product with bad reviews. Maybe things have changed, but I still don't trust Vine reviews. And if you look, they are still overwhelmingly positive compared to the average purchaser reviews. But maybe things have changed, I haven't looked into that program in a long time. (Im not the person you replied to by the way.)
