I've learned that if plans dont mention unlimited data, then they are hard capped. This plan only mentions unlimited talk/text.

I think this is the Cheapest for 1 year of Service ... Is the Service Good??
Uses the T-Mobile network and also owned by T-Mobile since May 2024. Is T-Mobile signal good in your area?

I do not see anywhere on website to add calls/text for $5 on the free plan, how can I add that ?

On the Helium app, when you have the Zero Plan (free), you can go to Add-ons and add Unlimited Talk and Text for $5/month.

If anyone knows:
1) can you port from T-Mobile and get this deal still?
2) t-mobile has free text and data international; does Ultra offer that or anything close to that?
Thanks in advance!

My TMO PayGo $3/mo account was transferred to the Ultra branding, supposedly, but I still pay through TMO website. Odd arrangement.
When did that happen? I've got one of those lines but haven't noticed any changes.

Same time they gave Paygo to Ultra..my SIM is still TMO, site is still TMO, and I recall an email saying I would still use the TMO site. I'd imagine any new Paygo thru Ultra SIM would now be managed on Ultra's site?

Is your Paygo established through TMO or Ultra?

Ah ok - good to know. I've considered going w/ Infimobile on their $112/yr 15GB plan.. that one specifically says that it *doesn't* cut off, just throttles down (which is nice).
I can confirm the Infi unlimited plan will slow way down but at-least imessenger etc works.

$95.06 total. almost $8/month. why not Lyca 8Gb/M (3month) $15?
Lyca, support is nightmare. I still have a new unused sim which I don't want to get activated.

How long does it take to be considered a new customer again? I have a friend who had ultra mobile back in October and he did the iPhone 13 total wireless deal for $165 with 3 months of service.

His 3 months with total ends next month
So at least 60 days have passed and I was thinking of switching him back to ultra on a 1 year deal since the phone should now be unlocked.

Anyone know the days it takes to be considered a new customer again?

Thanks
