I can't confirm on this particular model.
While I haven't had it long, I really like the 003, more than my Wahl which cost a lot more. It's more versatile and feels better in the hand but is heavier. I can't speak to longetivity as I've only used it for 4 or 5 haircuts. I bought it from Aliexpress, so paid less than the $50 Amazon price.
