YMMV deals are allowed to be posted here. I went to four different Targets searching for these deals for the past two weeks and each store had different results, including newer releases on clearance (Doom Dark Ages, Tony Hawk 3+4, etc.). While this seems to be a huge YMMV deal, it doesn't sound out of reach based on what I was able to find.

I dont know what theyre doing at target but the latest Assassin's Creed and Silent Hill 2 were on clearance at my local Target theyre 15% percent off clearance sticker

I did not see new games in the sale section but I did get Madden 25 for $6 and Resident Evil 4 for $8. Someone might get lucky and find new titles or a great discount on some titles.
