Amazon Luna was redesigned and relaunched a couple weeks ago. Prime now includes Luna Standard and Luna Premium costs extra. It replaces Amazon Prime Gaming.

I think it was at two levels. You could get an play free game under a generic Amazon Gaming system or games you owned or were giveaways when you were on Luna or a Luna trial. Versus an active membership.

It's been free to use for a while, they just made some changes and started pushing it more heavily. I believe it will also tie into your epic account, when I launch Luna I see quite a bit of game options I can stream.
