I realize this is a bit more per kg than PLA+ usually is when buying larger spools, but this is a good way to test filaments to see what colors you like prior to buying larger spools for bigger projects or if you have a need for a specific color and don't need a lot of it.

Sunlu is good to go, but don't buy these little spools. I have some that are years old because it's not enough for larger prints and I'm constantly afraid it won't be enough for more than one smaller print.

I was thinking it might be a good way to get a nice variety of colors for multicolor printing. Paired with the AD5X and kobra deals that keep coming up on here.

It's not. Small spools don't tend to work well with some AMS systems. On top of that the price isn't good to begin with. It's 1kg of pla+ for $15...

This is just silly and makes no sense. Your slicer will tell you how much filament's going to be used on a print. There's no mystery to it.
