Is it 100% pure olive oil? I usually buy olive oil from California since I haven't had luck with imported not being cut with other oils.

No idea. I put it in the fridge overnight. I heard it's supposed to harden if it's 100% olive oil. But it's still very liquidity.

CA has some of the best olive oil in the world... you will not even come close to the quality you can get from many growers in CA.

At the same time, you will not get prices like these. Truely, you get what you pay for.
