Basic installation package is $18 per tire, which includes mounting, lifetime balancing ,TPMS service, and valve stems. May vary by location. For an extra $10 per tire you can add road hazard warranty. These services can be added in cart if you plan on picking up at your local store.

All Goodyear reliant tires are on sale for this event, prices vary. For example, my girlfriend needs tires for her Honda Civic and these are on sale for $63 for tire

Or use free trial, get the free road hazard warranty tied to the tires, and cancel it after a month.

Costco's tires and batteries are WAYYYY overpriced. Sam's sells made in USA Duracell/East Penn battery (three years free replacement) two weeks ago for $120 (regular $140). Same battery that's made in Mexico goes for $130 at Costco. The battery is pro rated. If it fails after 3 years, you get nothing!

That's the average life of these V rated tires, plus/minus 10000 miles. The H rated Reliants tend to develop sidewall problems around the 3rd year due to the weaker tire construction.

So I've bought at least 3 sets of tires at Wal-mart with the installation. EVERY SINGLE TIME it's a frustrating experience. They take longer than expected each time. They had an online scheduling tool that let me set an appointment for a time they weren't open (but made up for it by putting a "rush" on it). They were shorthanded so it took 2 hours longer than they said. So with that said, depending on where your Wal-mart is you can make a half day of it (drop it off, shop at WM (or elsewhere) while you wait). But if you have a tire flat repair that's gonna take a few hours, probably not gonna be worth it. Wal-mart is gonna be timewise like going to Firestone/Pep-Boys for an oil change (which for some people is OK) but for flat fixes, you probably want more of the Jiffy Lube type of speed.

Debating between this and Assurance Outlast. The price difference is ~$30 per tire, or 120 for four tires. Any suggestions? This is for my compact SUV.

Learn proper steps to plug a tire. It's a lifetime repair when correctly executed. No need to rebalance because the plug's weight is less 1/8 oz.

V rated Reliants will last at least 55,000 miles on my vehicle. I'd avoid all H rated Reliants due to weaker construction. If you drive +20000 miles/year, then go with Outlast. Otherwise, time will kill the tires (cracks, hard rubber) before you run out of useable thread.

I'm from the 1900's and remember having my computer scream at me when I connected to the internet..... and 100% I'm not doing that (and didn't do that back then). Heck, I might not due that with a bicycle tire.

Pay attention to the order when you click the first link. I bought my tires and went to have them put on last night, to find out that the link went to a size smaller that wouldn't fit. Luckily they had the originals in, but now I have to wait to get my money back
