This refurbished Galaxy S24 Ultra is mainly appealing for its flagship hardware at a lower price, with several reports of clean, near flawless units arriving in good shape. The Allstate warranty has real-world claims support, including repairs and full refunds, though the first 30 days can be tougher and the process can be annoying. The biggest cautions are the listing mismatch between 256GB and 512GB, plus concerns about refurbished phones losing water resistance and the camera struggling in dim light. It looks like a solid used-phone option if the storage and condition details are confirmed.
The seller's open-box option reportedly arrived flawless with no visible issues after about four days.
A 256GB unit in "very good" condition reportedly arrived with no visible flaws.
Allstate warranty reportedly routes through SquareTrade and can provide fix or refund tied to the eBay account.
A warranty example reportedly resulted in repairs after hinges broke on a refurbished Sony headphone.
The listing context reportedly mismatches storage capacity by showing 512GB in the title while the item is 256GB.
Refurbished devices reportedly may no longer be water resistant.
Allstate warranty reportedly has higher denial rates during the first 30 days.
The seller reportedly shifted sales to an eBay live event, which can require waiting instead of immediate purchase.

Ummm....Allstate = Squaretrade
Open Box is the same price as the Refurbished - Excellent. At the same price, which one is better to snag?

I bought my S23 ultra from this seller a week ago in good condition and it came out great. You can see slight wear on the bezel but no issues otherwise. I paid $200 less so I'm not really upset about not getting this one. Plus the S23 has 10x optical which is pretty nice.
