If you have a Target 365 account, you can get an additional $15 bonus. Add the gift card to your holiday wish list, and buy the card FROM THE WISHLIST. Don't add it to your cart separately or you won't get the $15 bonus. This can be combined with the $10 promo. I received both the $10 GC and $15 Circle Rewards from ONE $100 GC purchase. Note the $15 bonus is ONE TIME ONLY.

Just as illegal_alien said above, very likely, this is pre BF sale. Same deal a few weeks ago with those multi purpose gcs, $10 first and $15 a week later.

If it's not preset, the timing probably depends on how many of these sell, but just like with reverse auctions, people can't wait... I'm sure BB will have a similar sale.

agreed probably a good idea to wait until BF to see what happens. if nothing, this deal will most likely repeat again.
