Wolverine Spencer waterproof hiking boots stand out as a budget waterproof option with extra wide sizes and free shipping. The boots have held up for years in Michigan winter, keeping feet dry through slush, water, and snow, and the wide fit helps for broader feet. The main cautions are possible stitching and build quality concerns, plus some reports of wet feet despite the waterproof label. They also sound warm and sweaty for year round wear, so they fit cold, wet conditions best.

Don't want to be wearing rubber rain bolts, but want something better in the snowy parking lots and trails than my sneakers.

Like on vacation in Cappadocia, I was descending backwards on all fours. Meanwhile, a dad was carrying his kid and practically galloping down the slope.

"We regret to inform you that your order WXXXX9 is unable to be shipped to your region as it includes an item that is not compliant with Colorado's HB22-1345 (Chemical Consumer Protection Act). Because of this, we will be cancelling your order and issuing a refund."
Edit:
Wolverine customer service was kind enough to cover the cost of express shipping so I could have them delivered to New Mexico and pick them up over Thanksgiving when I'm there visiting family.
