"3500mWh" is not the standard in which capacity is measured.
2333mah capacity. Don't see anything about a USB-C cable for charging.

These batteries on average are approximately 70% of claimed capacity in real life tests.

More like 80% @0;5A. I tested them.
They hit 70% @1.5A.

All rechargeable lithium AA's are rated in mWh due to the voltage down conversion of the 3.7v lithium cell.

Yes. I have both brands and the Tenavolt charger works fine.
They all charge using the same USB 5v directly. If the battery fits, you can mix this SPECIFIC TYPE of charger. They will even charge the USB-plug type, at least the couple I have work in them also.
5v direct is the key.

This battery is only 17.5 gram each compared to other brand's average 20gram. I think they cut corners and used less materials

A few users found out that some manufacturers put sand in other types (e.g. 18650s) for added weight, after cutting batteries open.

Last night I was charging some batteries used in motion controlled lights in the basement. I had 3 pair different brands of 1.5v lithium batteries (Tenavolt, Sinceholy, Imren), including one USB-charge type. They all went into the same charger (Sinceholy 8-bay), the kind that looks like an overly large ring box with 8 vertical slots. A bunch of different brands use that charger. They all charged just fine.
