Not as good as homemade, nor as good as my local food truck. But this takes as much time as twisting a top and not hours of prep. Its a good trade off, just like any pre-made mix.
Havent tried this, but I can say Cholula wing sauce is excellent but apparently not enough people thought so as it is now discontinued. Found a bottle at Grocery Outlet a few months back and only just used it last week. Will have to try and stretch the bottle for a few more batches.

It's a simmer sauce meant to season the meat and whatever other ingredients so it's obviously going to be salty. It's not like you're going to be drinking 1/4 cup (the serving size). Although I don't know you so maybe you would.
