Thanks OP, this checks a lot of my boxes. 4k 60hz HDMI and 10gbps USB ports with 2 USB-C ports plus a USB-C PD port. At this price, its worth giving it a shot.
I did have to manually enter the code to get the discount. It didn't show up on the page for me.

Sabrient is a pretty solid brand. I own their other peripheral connectors in the past and its been working very well.
I'm looking for docks that offer TB-4 (at least) these days (newest laptop supports TB-4 and TB-5 natively), but they're hard to come by especially for something even close to a reasonable price. External devices are priced too high too, but.... Oh well....

Good price, but 10gbps is a pretty low bar today.

You are comparing a $15 device to something that is going to be $100+. Completely different leagues.
I do not have this exact model. But I have a less expensive sabrent usb-c that I plug into an iPhone 15 pro to play downloaded videos on an HDMI tv when we're at a remote cabin rental. Mine also powers the phone while the phone is sending video to it.
My anecdotal experience with these SABRENT hubs is that they're only reliable if always used in perfect conditions, i.e. you never have any weird bends in the cable connecting it to your PC, which is harder than it seems when you're plugging into it from 3 sides. This particular model looks like it has a long enough cable (hopefully).
Also a lot of USB-C hubs seem to act up if you're intent on using all (or several) available ports simultaneously--often the HDMI or USB-C doesn't deliver frequency or power as advertised.
Lastly, most of the positive product reviews seem to be for the 4-port USB-A variant. When you skim the 1, 2, and 3-star reviews you see a lot more for the 5-port USB-C variant, some of which are about the issues I mentioned above.
I guess you can't complain too much for $15.

It doesn't seem to work if you try to buy from Amazon directly.

So, latest ipp, most likely.
