It depends on how big of a pack you get at Costco for how much of a discount it works out to be, but assuming that you get a $250 pack (I think the smallest size) with the discount it works out to about $14/lb - HALF Raley's Prime bone-in price.

Just note that in large cuts of ribeye like this, one end has more ribeye cap than the other end, which has very little.
