You need to be logged into your Samsung account (doesn't seem to work if logged into an account tied to education edu emails or tied to work emails - only personal accounts). Also must select the $450 off with no trade in. But is a good deal!

I was able to replicate when I used Chrome browser on Ethernet connected laptop, brand new Samsung account with no edu/epp linkage.

Failed whenever I used my edu/epp accounts, failed on tablet or mobile.

I think it checks for whether you're on a desktop site and only makes the offer to non edu/epp accounts.

I was able to replicate on my phone in chrome as of 5PM Eastern 11-15-2025. I had to first uninstall the samsung shop app on my S23 ultra to get it to work! (screenshot). Note this is just a personal (non-EPP) account
