whats feedback survey? ive never seen one. maybe because i dont have their receipt via an app order?

anyway. their app stopped accepting giftcards for months. now my hundreds in giftcards are useless. instore is always fullprice without any physical coupon

I am just signed up for their emails and so whenever I order, I always get a "we'd like the here from you." If you fill out the survey, you will get a free cheese sticks code than you can redeem when you online order the next time. Since I never really wanted to order to purchase anything, I just get the free cheese sticks by itself.

thanks. i dont really participate in their email program but will give it a try from now.

is anyone else having problem using the giftcards recently? or they just banned me from using them? their app kept saying giftcards are not accepting at this moment in the app. its been months

For me, large Specialty Pizzas are $20.99 (+ tax), but a medium is $17.99 and a large Create-Your-Own-Pizza starts at $15.99.
