Not a bad price if you don't mind the speed difference compared to their HS PETG or PLA. I get 3x faster speed out of their HS stuff, with just as good of a print, and usually get it for around 80 bucks. I know that's about 60% more, but for me the 300% speed difference is worth it.

I run normal petg at full speed using a rapid profile with no issues. I get the same results as hs branded.

How fast are you running? I am at 300mm/s, and HS right now is less than 80 bucks, but I just bought a ton of it for that during this same sale. Running 275C nozzles and 75C bed, but could not get the speed from the regular even after drying forever. Not doubting you, but if it works I may look to get this when HS is not on sale.

I am new to this, and don't want to be giving bad advice, but was going from personal experience. So if I can get it to work, then I'll know better and can give better advice.

I run a centauri carbon and use the default rapid petg profile. It's 300 to 500. 250/70... Most of the hs, hf, etc labeling is just marketing to charge more. I always but petg when it's around 10 or less a roll..I think the machine might have something to do with it. Mines a core xy where I think a bed slinger might give different results... I would say get a cheap roll of black sunlu or kingroon petg and run it and see the results on your machine

Try 250 not 275 and try your results with normal petg at least. IV never run any petg at that high a temp.

I am running Kobra S1s, with Ace Pros. So enclosed CoreXY, heated chambers when needed with extra mini heaters, hardened steel or sapphire nozzles, and upgrades to the feeders for better feeding, but can't get anywhere near that speed with the regular. I can get around 150 at the most, but only at .2mm layer heights. I have a Sunlu E2 and an E4 dryer for drying and annealing. Waiting in the Kobra S1 Max to pay off after the 25th, and then for it to drop.

As a side note, for the newest printer I didn't go with the Centauri because they were giving up on the multifuliment feeder, but Elegoo's filiment is some of the best I have used.

That's odd. I'm running a stock rapid petg profile. All my temps are 250 for petg though the 275 will be probably be to hot for it. Maybe try a test print with an elegoo, sunlu or kingroon rapid petg print profile. 250/70. Mine is printing good with .08 later lines to .2...IV even used the same for my .2mm nozzle

The HS box calls for up to 280, and I had used the regular, and did the calibration tower in steps of 5C, and 275 seemed to be the sweet spot after doing speed runs and test prints. Used the same profile I got for the 150 from the regular one for the HS, but could bump the speed to 300.

Will try it out after these prints finish. Not new to printers entirely, just to owning and running them. I have modeled, programmed and g-coded for plastics, resin and metal sinter machines at work, just didn't own my own.

Ya they are. Always willing to learn, and know of I am not getting the most out of whatever I am doing. So if your way works I learned something new. Small about that. May be downside of life, but always time to learn.
