If you don't have a trade-in, Samsung S10's can be purchased for $100ish and that nets you $800 promotional value. Stack through T-mobile SIS Costco for additional $35 DCC waiver, $100 Costco GC for upgrading (maybe more or less currently), and 90 days no restocking fee returns.
T-mobile does not publish the end dates of their promotions. No one knows when it will be over, so if you are purchasing a trade-in, make sure you can return it.

Community Reviews
The Pixel 10 promo is a 24 month T Mobile trade in offer that can cover the whole Pixel 10 family, with the strongest value on grandfathered plans and some Costco routes adding a waived activation fee, a $100 shop card, and sometimes free Pixel Buds 2a. The trade in credit is applied as monthly bill credits, so taxes are still due up front and the phone stays carrier locked until paid off. The main catches are plan eligibility, possible promo misapplied at checkout, and losing remaining credits if the line is cancelled early. It is a better fit for customers staying put for the full term.
Pixel buyers trading in an older Samsung or Pixel with good condition, because the $800 credit can offset the phone over 24 monthly bill credits.
Costco members who want extra upgrade perks, because the same promotion can add a waived activation fee, a Costco gift card, and free Pixel Buds 2a.
Existing T-Mobile customers on grandfathered plans who want to keep their current service, because the promo is aimed at upgrades without switching plans.
Shoppers who need a carrier-locked phone on T-Mobile, because the device stays locked until fully paid and the financing credits run for 24 months.
Travelers who need an unlocked phone for foreign physical SIMs, because the phone stays carrier locked until fully paid and may not accept another carrier SIM.
Shoppers expecting a simple instant discount, because the savings are spread across 24 months and tax is due on the full pre-credit price.
People planning to port out or use another carrier soon, because leaving before 24 months forfeits the remaining bill credits.
New T-Mobile customers who are comparing offers, because commenters say newer activations can get better deals elsewhere.

Got the $800 trade in promo, the $100 Costco card, and the free Pixel Buds 2a so the "online-exclusive" banner on T-Mobile's site is false lol.
Anyone with a Costco membership considering this deal really should just go this route.
