New customers can get 4 iPhones or Samsungs for $100 / month including service. This deal is best for existing customers who just want to upgrade with their grandfathered plans. If you know your plan's SOC, you can check if your SOC qualifies on this master list [sprintswac.tk]. Don't ask if your plan qualifies, each plan has tens or hundreds of SOCs and not all SOCs work, even for the same plan. Either check the master list or try doing a test upgrade yourself on t-mobile.com.

If you don't have a trade-in, Samsung S10's can be purchased for $100ish and that nets you $800 promotional value. Stack through T-mobile SIS Costco for additional $35 DCC waiver, $100 Costco GC for upgrading (maybe more or less currently), and 90 days no restocking fee returns.

T-mobile does not publish the end dates of their promotions. No one knows when it will be over, so if you are purchasing a trade-in, make sure you can return it.

When you got order confirmation did you see the promotion credit is shown on the order. I ordered through costco and got the buds for free but order doesn't show the $800 promotion credit

it wont because of how they structured the sale. You agreed to pay $800(or whatever the price of the phone was) over two years, and the credit applies separately once the trade-in is completed

Thanks for reply. I called normal tmobile customer service to confirm they said the promotion is not applied to this order. Not sure if I believe it i will call again and ask. This is my first time ordering through costco.

You should make sure the promotion is active on the account(both trade-in and free pixel buds). Other than that, as long as the plan and phone you're trading in qualifies for the $800 credit, you should be fine

How do you make sure? I spoke to the rep and they said it's fine, although the buds processed as eip so idk... Very sketchy stuff and annoying loopholes for something that should be applied in cart

IDK, sounds like they botched the order. Might need to return and retry, or get ahold of T-Force through twitter or facebook to make sure set

Same for me. I asked if bud are showing $0 and the rep confirmed but the first EIP page shows $10.34 per month charge for buds. Talking to t mobile to clarify if all good on my account or not

Yes i talked to another costco rep and he placed order again but my EIP doesnt say anything about promotion and it says full amount $1199.99 so going to check with t mobile again. But this time i did get email for buds 2a free.
Costco rep told that offer will be applied but if it doenst Will return the phone back to costco
