The Galaxy S25 FE stands out as an unlocked Samsung phone that feels close to the S25 Plus for everyday use, with battery life reported as similar and no noticeable slowdown for light gaming or video editing. The 256GB version has surfaced with stacked Samsung Shop app discounts, and EDU or EPP pricing can bring the total down further, with some paths also using PayPal rewards or Best Buy bundles. The main caveat is the Exynos 2400 instead of Snapdragon, and some of the best prices depend on app-only promos, account eligibility, or extra steps. A solid value play if you want Samsung hardware without paying flagship pricing.
People who want an unlocked Android for everyday use, because it feels as fast as a pricier model and battery life is the same.
Buyers comparing against a flagship camera phone, because the camera quality is left untested here and the cheaper refurbished alternative is seen as better value.
The Samsung Shop app can stack an Early Access promo, education savings, and an automatic order discount after signing in and reopening the app. The 256GB model has been reported around $401-$408 before tax, while the 128GB version may only get a smaller discount.
It can feel very similar in everyday use, with one comparison saying the speed difference is not noticeable. Battery life is also reported as the same, though the S25 Plus still has the stronger RAM/CPU on paper.
Boost Mobile has been cited at $99.99 for the 128GB model, but it may require a $60/month Unlimited Premium plan for 3 months and the phone reportedly does not unlock for a year. That makes the low upfront price less attractive if you want immediate unlocked use.
Yes, the direct-buy version avoids carrier unlocking and trade-in hassles, and the Best Buy bundle path should still show the phone as unlocked in the cart. One workaround is to add the bundle and confirm the unlocked label before checkout.
Yes. The same price has been seen at Best Buy, with possible extra savings from third-party rebate sites, PayPal payments, and card rewards; one comment also says a visible Best Buy bundle can take another $24 off.
too bad the S25 FE has 8gb ram, the s24+ looks like a better buy for the same money. I also have an additional $100 discount in the Samsung Shop app, but the s24+ 512 gb is $450 with trade in and an additional $50 discount. Maybe there will be an even better price on Black Friday
Seems like $100 off is only for the first order. I wasn't getting anything off but I tried with my wife's account and it gave me $100 additional discount
Boost Mobile has the 128GB version for $99.99, and you may have to buy Unlimited Premium $60.00 plan for 3 months, for a total of $280 before tax, plus whatever cost for unlocking. Worth the hassle?
You have to sign into your account, then select the 256 GB version and add to your cart, close the app and reopen, then when you go to your cart it should show a price change due to a 100$ off that's added automatically, there's no coupon or anything like that. It didn't work at first but I kept trying and it worked. I ordered an icy blue. Tried with the 128 GB version and it gets 50$ off, which to me it's not worth cause it's like 15$ off the 256 GB version with the 100$ off
Thank you. It worked! I actually need to use my other account not associated with government employee savings in order to work.

Boost does not unlock in 3 months. You have to wait one year to unlock.
Doesn't seem like it's worth it. Just get the S25 FE 256GB unlocked from Samsung for around $408 (w/EDU). I don't know how much you pay for unlock but less risk, more storage, and get to use the phone immediately means manual unlock isn't worth it to me.
Edit: Can combine with Paypal Pay in 4 to make it $326 for 256 GB and fully unlocked.

There's an ongoing promotion from PayPal Pay in 4 for 20% cash back that you need to enroll to be able to use it.
So, it doesn't lower the price directly/immediately.
