If it's 60fps shouldn't it match the content? I don't think there is whole lot of 120 or 144fps YouTube videos. Am I thinking of something else? You are referring to the frame skip feel right like each frame stays in screen linger so you get a stutter look on movement like CRT?
You're confusing fps with refresh rate. 60hz refresh rate and action scenes will be very noticeable and the bigger the screen the more noticeable it will be.

Hz and fps go hand in hand, no?
I think movies that are shot in 24fps will have the issue on 60hz but game that runs at 60fps on a 60hz display will match the refresh rate to the fps, sure it will still be slower to refresh an incoming enemy or a monster or something else compared to a 144hz monitor, am I correct in assuming that? Running a game in 120fps won't help in 60hz monitor since we will still miss half the frames.

Pretty sure this same model was $800 at both WM and Staples quite a few times this year.
Only time I saw it around $800 was with refurbished sales, which I grabbed a few months ago.

Fantastic little machine, although I swapped my drive out for a 2TB NVMe, then loaded up Bazzite on it to turn it into a "Steam Machine". BIOS lets me dedicate 8GB to the integrated graphics and it runs great, although the fans ramp up quick on these thin machines.
