Seems like a great deal. These pretzels and some other recent posts have me well on the way to a bunch of home made Chex mix for the Thanksgiving holiday and beyond!

I got these with my Nov. S&S and they were mostly broken (some crushed) pieces. Fortunately, the bag didn't split open, but I have to learn to stop including items like this is S&S shipments. This time they had a case of green beans, package of batteries, several cans of soup and other things thrown into the box with no packing material. The poor pretzels never stood a chance.

Customer service is usually very responsive to provide a remedy.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've stopped contacting customer service on the small stuff like this. Actually, it is on me for not knowing better and ordered smashable items in my monthly S&S.
