"doctor". This is false. Same with seed oils. The same with corn syrup. Same with gluten. Same with dyes. Same with MSG. Same with salt. etc... Are there people that are affected by some of these products due to conditions that they have? Yes. But the vast majority of humans will not be adversely affected by these items. They are just the newest "boogyman" that dummies get tricked into pointing at instead of eating less/eating more veggies. The problem with most of these is that they are cheap to make and easy to hide everywhere so that people over eat.

drink water. eat less. eat more veggies. move more.

i like this brand a lot and the super cookie crunch and apple pie ones are killer but these peanut butter ones are nothing special at all. they're kinda just a run of the mill protein bar with added sugar, unlike the two aforementioned which are very good tasting.
still though, if i had the coupon available i'd buy them for $12, that's a good price.

Horrible ingredients. If you wanna make progress at the gym, stay away from crap like this. Eat fresh, healthy, nutritious meals.

Soy protein. My doctor tells me to stay away from that as much as possible. I guess it can mess with hormones, especially with men, but with women also. And if that wasn't bad enough, there are also lots of bad seed oils.

The ingredient that kills it for me is carageenan. Look it up. Horrible for the digestive tract, even leading to increased risk for colon cancer.
