That's always the case with these type of "instant soups". The container would burn, shrivel up and the liquid would leak out....leaving a HUGE mess to clean up!
If someone is incapable of boiling water on the stove (such types actually do exist!), then water can be boiled (in an appropriate cup, mug, etc.) in a microwave and then poured into these containers.
