I need to purchase MS Office Home and Business for my small business. I own a copy of Office 2007 I have been using for all these years (I know- it's unwise to be using something so old / without security updates). I intend on purchasing a single license from a known legit source (three that I know of are Microsoft's website, Staples.com, and Amazon) but I understand it will cost $249 no matter where it is purchased. I'm hoping that one of those three releases a coupon that can be applied to the purchase; my business isn't flourishing at the moment, so money is extremely tight, but it's a need, not a want- so I'm going to purchase it regardless.

To my knowledge- none of these Stack Social, Groupon etc deals for Office are legit, and from what I read- they may or may not work and may or may not be unrecognizable in Microsoft's system (which could mean no support, updates, or re-download onto a future replacement computer, etc).

I have purchased both MS Office Pro & Adobe Acrobat Pro (separately & at different times) from Stack Social and never had a problem with them. They are still working fine after years of use.

They tend to be. I've bought Win11 and Office several times through stacksocial.

Switch to Libreoffice (free) and Tsunami PDF or one of dozens of free or affordable pdf softwares. Get rid of two great evils, M$ and Adobe. Thank me later. 😀

Warning: If you read the second paragraph, stick with it so that you read the third paragraph, which backtracks from most of my criticism of this offer.
Don't buy this - Stacksocial is lying about what you will receive. I provided my email and my cell phone number. As a result, I received an additional 20% off. They did add a $2 handling fee. Then when I went to download it, I saw that the program I was going to download was Acrobat Professional 2020 (not 2024, as advertised and stated on my receipt). I know from prior personal experience that Adobe Acrobat Professional 2020 is no longer being supported by Adobe. You won't receive any updates. I give this a definite thumbs down because they giving you a bad product and on top of that they misrepresented what you're purchasing. I did submit an electronic message to Stacksocial asking for my money back. I know I will eventually get my money back because I paid with Paypal.
2025-11-19 Edit. I had written the original (above) two days ago. Today, instead of going to the Stacksocial download link, I went to the Adobe site and logged in. It said I had a license for Adobe Acrobat 2024. The only way I could have obtained that license was through Stacksocial. I then downloaded Acrobat 2024 from the Adobe site. It works. I'm leaving the above review up because I was prompted to download Acrobat 2020 at one point. But I am posting this to show that the offer is not a scam.
