Do not buy Bluetti. 71 days of zero warranty support. I've sent 20-30 emails to Bluetti, they keep referring me to aliexpress, and then poweroak some 3rd company. I've called them 5 times on the phone. Do not believe they have a warranty because I can assure you they will not honor it. I have an ac180 that has been unable to charge and broken longer than it worked. Error e016 and they wont help me. Avoid at all cost get Jackery, Anker (who has amazing customer support) or any other brand.

a good alternative in same size/weight/etc is the Ecoflow River 2 Pro 768wh/21lbs. Great app. Great support. Great device - i own several. Reurbs available on Ecoflow ebay store as well. highly recommend.

I have several of the power stations from Bluetti That got used as UPS's or primary power (tied to solar) for certain circuits in my house.

Tech support typically gets back to me within 24 hours except on weekends as they use the email link through their app. They also respond on Facebook again, typically overnight due to the time change.

I don't think I've ever gone more than 48 hours without a response from their support team.

Aliexpress is sending this boilerplate response to escalated cases and does not investigate, if it was a simple mistake they have had plenty of time to own up to it, maybe if slickdeals supports the end user aliexpress will fix this rather than loose a lot of SD sales:
"Please note AliExpress only charge user the same value in order confirmation page and no extra money will be received by system.

If extra money has been deducted from your account, it may due to:

-you may check wrong order number

- currency rate change

- service fee or transaction fee charged by bank. For example, paypal method, bank will charge extra handling fee for every transaction
