Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Warning... do not back out of a transaction. I made the mistake of wanting to change my credit card so I backed out after the authorization. Now it is pending in my paypal account and I cannot order again with the pay in 4. The charge did not go through with the merchant. Hopefully the charge will fall off soon but I'm afraid it will be after the promo reaches the limit.

Are you certain this works for pay in 4? I think it's only pay later
"Eligible Purchase(s)": Eligible Purchases are purchases made using either Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly that are completed during the Offer Period by an Eligible Participant who has saved the Offer. Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) purchases that are marked as "pending" as of the end of the Offer Period, (2) purchases with Pay in 4 where the first payment has not been successfully processed, (3) any purchase or portion of a purchase that involves a payment method other than Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly; (4) purchases made at a merchant who enrolled in Pay Later within 30 days prior to the start of the promotion; and (5) any purchase involving non-profit organizations, gambling, security brokers/dealers, foreign currency/money orders, and stored value cards. Satisfaction of Eligible Purchase criteria will be determined solely by PayPal.

Did you have to unfreeze because the payment wasn't going through or you were just being proactive?

If you have a credit freeze with equifax, make sure to unfreeze around an hour before you purchase. The payment won't go through if you have a freeze.

Curious on this too. I tried 2x, kept hanging on setting up your payment. Put 2 holds on my card but transaction didn't go through, but my credit is frozen. Now the pay in 4 option doesn't even show up.

Yes, it does,
Thanks! The wording on the offer was a bit confusing to me and I didn't have the patience to sift through the fine print.

I pulled the trigger on the Bambu Lab P1S AMS2 combo. Transaction shows the pending points!

i had to unfreeze it to get approved for the 4 payments. It seems like a soft pull, i did a temp unfreeze. It will say select alternative payment first time when it fails. Just go back and retry again to select the same method. It worked next time , approved in a second

I am looking to buy a new PC, is it possible to use this to buy a $2000-$2500 pc at once and still get the $250 in cashback? I am concerned if you spend over 1250 in one go it won't count.

I'm trying to buy something on eBay and use PayPal pay later to take advantage of this offer but I only see PayPal which will use my credit card and PayPal Credit which allows me to pay over time but it's not the same as Pay Later so the offer wouldn't work.

I tried removing my PayPal account from the Payments section of my account and adding again but the list of methods only come up with credit cards, not an option for Pay Later.

This is for a buy it now item, not auction. Sucks, I would totally buy the item I've been watching with if this offer worked.
