Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

So in 28 pages, did someone mention that this is only for participating merchants only? Too many pages to look through.

1. Choose PayPal at checkout to pay later with Pay in 4.

2. Complete your purchase with a 25% down payment.

3. Use autopay for the rest of your payments. It's easy

Pay in 4 is available to consumers upon approval for purchases of $30 to $1,500. Pay in 4 is currently not available to residents of MO. Offer availability depends on the merchant and also may not be available for certain recurring, subscription services. When applying, a soft credit check may be needed, but will not affect your credit score. You must be 18 years old or older to apply. PayPal, Inc.: Loans to CA residents are made or arranged pursuant to a CA Financing Law License. GA Installment Lender Licensee, NMLS #910457. RI Small Loan Lender Licensee. NM residents: Find more disclosures related to Pay in 4.
so I can't do this for a purchase that is $1750? I thought it was 20% back from $1250 which is $250. I was hoping to get $250 back and not get cashback for the $500 over $1250.

Does the "Pay In 4" need to appear on the merchant's web site? My merchant only has the PayPal button. When I click PayPal I am redirected to PayPal where I can select "Pay In 4" under the Pay Later section of PayPal's website.

I notice some merchants actually have Pay In 4 as an option on their website

My account had it. I paid my next 6 months of car insurance and used the Bose trade in program to get the QC Ultra 2s! Bought now instead of black Friday/cyber Monday because there's a chance this offer gets nerfed because so many people are going to use it.

It doesn't. I placed two orders and neither one had it on the sight. Just select Pay in 4 within PayPal checkout

Has anyone made a purchase where the points show as pending but don't appear? Should I wait longer or cancel the order? Thanks!

Has anyone made a purchase where the activity status shows pending points but no points appear? How can I confirm that I will receive the points? Should I wait longer or cancel the order? I have FOMO with a big purchase, but now I'm starting to regret it if not getting the deal. Thanks!

It shows like that until the order is fulfilled and confirmed by the merchant
