Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Could end early, not sure if waiting for Chase 5% is a good idea, and since you pay bi weekly, only 2 payments in Dec.
Black Friday will be over by then 😅

Up to $1250 spend is per transaction. Reads to me as if it can be used multiple times. This is going to be quite good - like almost as good as the Bing 30% cashback from way back when.
Edit: Sounds like it's total spend of $1250, but can be spread across multiple purchases. Still pretty darned great!
really? multiple transactions up to $1250 total? Seems like it could be $1250, $1250, $1250....hmmmm

use this at pay1040 with chase 5%?

I couldn't seem to get it to show PayPal pay later, guessing it's not allowed on federal tax processors, but let me know if you figure a workaround.

Did one transaction with pay in 4 for $100 as a test. Cant replicate the pay in 4. Would I pay interest if I did the pay monthly option and pay immediately?
It's interest free .

I can't find pay in 4 option anywhere. I did click on the offer on my PP account. Tried it on places like giftcards.com and bestbuy.com - others said they were able to get the offer but I have no luck.

[added] I'm shopping via desktop and web browser. Is this limited to mobile apps only?

Not seeing the pay later option through Walmart. Any help?
I just tried myself. It looks like Walmart does not do the pay in 4 option, just regular paypal. I "heard" Best Buy does the pay in 4 option and they will price match Walmart. Problem is, it's late and Best Buy price match agents aren't available until the morning.

They do! I just made this mistake myself shake head
Make sure Paypal isn't saved to your Walmart account at all. Go to your account and remove it as a payment option. Then as you're checking out select Paypal and it will ask you to login and confirm how you want to pay. Pay in 4 will be there. Apply for it and hit continue. You won't get a confirmation until you submit the order (it will say it's for the full amount) but then you will get an email from PayPal confirming your payment plan.

I had it linked at first and stupidly thought there would be another page where I could select Pay-in-4, instead it submitted the entire order instantly Mad I canceled it, removed Paypal and then redid the order and it worked perfectly the second time. Getting $50 off a tv. Happy
