11/26/2025 10:28am PST Update: This is now limited to ONE transaction, with 20% rewards back up to $1,250. Paypal email memo notes that the promotion for spend on multiple transactions prior to the notification will be honored.
Walmart:
1) you have to make sure Paypal is not a saved method of payment in your wallet. If so, go into your account and remove it
2) When you are in checkout, uncheck the box that says Remember Paypal as a payment option.

It counted. Pending points finally showed up the next day on a $600 digital HD gift card
It's not the best as others getting 10% off on certain gift card itself and then 20% back in PayPal points but they are capped at very small amounts and I am reading here that after 2nd orders, the pay in 4 option doesn't appear. I will take what I can get.
I have an immediate need such as water softener project, window trims and some power tools so it makes sense for me to get ready for Black Friday next week. Also I have 2 accounts I can do it so that's nice.
I did read others see higher points pending than the 25,000 limit but that can be adjusted when it finally posts. Rather just split it in my account.
No idea if it qualifies.

Anyone get their points despite seeing this at the bottom of the email Paypal sends after you make a Pay in 4 purchase?
Email starts with "You paid $xxx.xx USD to [store name]"?
Then Transaction ID and Transaction Date

When I use paypal I don't get any emails. Weird
When I clicked on rewards it would like do a strange error and reload the dashboard page. It wouldn't even show me the rewards page tab. I think it is just for personal PayPal accounts not business PayPal accounts. I'm tempted to open a personal paypal account now.
