11/26/2025 10:28am PST Update: This is now limited to ONE transaction, with 20% rewards back up to $1,250. Paypal email memo notes that the promotion for spend on multiple transactions prior to the notification will be honored.
Walmart:
1) you have to make sure Paypal is not a saved method of payment in your wallet. If so, go into your account and remove it
2) When you are in checkout, uncheck the box that says Remember Paypal as a payment option.

Is your paypal account a business account? I'm not seeing the pay in 4 option but my account is a business account.
I honestly think it is the personal account that has access to the deal.
I'm going to sleep on it.
When I manually scan the qr code for the offer from the official website, I get redirected to the app but the save offer button doesn't do anything at all

Then I went to home depot added a product to my cart chose PayPal... No 4 pay offer was presented. Just pay with my payment options or apply for a PayPal credit card...
