Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

I honestly think it is the personal account that has access to the deal.
Yeah me too. I personally won't open a personal account over 20% off of $1250. Would be nice but I am not dealing with multiple accounts.

I tried applying from couple of paypal accounts and have decent credit(700+) but it didn't get approved. Any suggestions? Should we give low spending amount or high?

The offer doesn't show both in my browser and app.
When I manually scan the qr code for the offer from the official website, I get redirected to the app but the save offer button doesn't do anything at all

I found the rewards by going to this link while I was signed into my PayPal account.

https://www.paypal.com/mobile-app...-later-hub

I saved the reward.

Then I went to home depot added a product to my cart chose PayPal... No 4 pay offer was presented. Just pay with my payment options or apply for a PayPal credit card...

Darn it.
You can purchase cards from target like this and get a bonus $10 and get the 20% via the paypal offer. Then you can covert this card to Home Depot

Yes they were $6 per card each. I bought 2 x $500 and 1x $250 for a Total of $18 for the $1250 visa gc. Worst case scenario is i will be out $18 if they retract the reward points.
I don't see $500 at Target website. Did you buy in store and was able to Pay in 4?

Has it been 2 days since deal started? Anyone cashed out points yet? Worst will be that PayPal waits until dec 8 to clear pending status so that they can harvest all those transaction fees.

Do you have a business account? Just curious because my credit is great and I have tons of credit and I cannot get the installment payments at home depot.

I opened a personal account because PayPal CS told me that if my merchant account had received any payments within the last 6 months I won't be able to use Pay in 4. It took ten minutes, if that, including linking one card and bank account. Now I have the Pay in 4 option when selecting PayPal as checkout at Walmart & BestBuy (only placed I tried it).
