Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Stored value cards are explicitly excluded in the T&C. Pending points mean nothing. Ppl in here canceled their orders and points still show pending.
Yes we know that.

Received email saying I reached off maximum after only 692$and 34$ purchase today. Way below 1250$ maximum Is it because total offer limit of 2billion points reached now?
It's because the promotion is over. FYI This deal is dead!

5% on up to $5,000, 20% on up to $1250.
So, if i get a computer for $1700.00. I would get 20% CB on $1250, then 5% CB on $450 ?
Thanks.

I have saved the 20% off 1 purchase offer in my paypal account, but there is no reference to it when selecting the 4 payment option during checkout on the first site I tried. Is this limited to certain retailers? Is it expected to be referenced during the checkout process or only in your paypal account after you've placed the order?

Planning to buy a projector that is currently priced at $1749. Is there any way to get this applied above $1500 mark?

You'll just get 20% of the max $1,250 or $250 back from your purchase.

This crazy promotion by Paypal reminds me of the good old days with Value America... LOL.

How can they screw this up so badly during Black Friday?

I have placed an order yesterday using this offer. I have selected the pay in 4 option as instructed and everything was fine.
when I go to Rewards on paypal, I see that is says offer completed under the 20% offer.
The problem is I see 0 points under rewards and when I go to activities, I see the transaction that was made and I it says points pending right under the amount that was paid.
There is no mention anywhere of the number of points that are pending.
Is this normal?
How long should it take for the points to be available and visible?
Thank you in advance to anybody that has the answer to these questions.

I got an email saying I had reached the limit
They changed their terms and it's now only one transaction so I've you used it prior to that purchase it would not give you the cash back
