Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Man, this really seems high risk at this point. Was considering ordering about $1100 worth of stuff from Northern tool, one item ships from the manufacturer. There's a good chance it doesn't ship immediately. I can see this going south even if everything ships and the order is completed.

The offer says 90 days, and in my experience, it can indeed take that long. Simple cashback offers usually post in 30 days with PayPal, but larger offers often take 2-3 months.

I pressed pay with PayPal and it did a normal PayPal payment. Is there a way to swap it to pay in 4 after purchase? I asked for cancellation but I doubt it'll come.

Feels like I am opening a credit card. Not really worth it for a possible $100

I know the terms say you only get 20% cashback up to $1,250 single transaction. Can I still buy something on an order totaling over $1,250 (e.g: $1800 mattress)?

Up to $1250 spend is per transaction. Reads to me as if it can be used multiple times. This is going to be quite good - like almost as good as the Bing 30% cashback from way back when.Edit: Sounds like it's total spend of $1250, but can be spread across multiple purchases. Still pretty darned great!
I used twice but just got an email that they're changing the terms:

Thank you for being a part of our limited-time Buy Now Pay Later holiday promotion. We're so happy you've been able to take advantage of it. You've reached the limit on this offer given our new terms, which can be found here.

Any eligible PayPal Pay Later transactions you made before today will receive the benefit of the original offer terms.

Anyone else having trouble getting it to work on Microsoft? I'm trying to get a new laptop, and when I choose the Pay Later option and hit Place Order, it doesn't redirect me or give me the window to complete the purchase. It just keeps telling me Microsoft has trouble processing my payment.
I've tried on a phone, on a desktop, and no on a laptop. So I'm not sure what's going on. I have the offer saved and valid on my PayPal account, but I can't get past the checkout screen.
Edit: I also tried a work computer, so I don't think cookies or cache is the issue. Am I really going to have to create a new account for this to work?
Edit 2: Made a new account and still no dice.

I ordered iphone through Apple with Pay later (Pay in 4 option) - how much time it takes for points to appear in the Paypal account.
They showed up as pending after 24 hours of purchase.

If you make an ebay purchase from multiple sellers, will this count for the whole purchase or will it get broken up and the first thing that ships or processes is the thing that gets the 20% off?

Offer saved to my account, but I'm not seeing the pay in 4 option when trying to check out at Apple. Any tricks?

How much amount you spent and how much points you earned ...

I am trying place order in bestbuy 550$ but end of the order summary showed 1000 points only earning which means 10$ only...

Note : I have saved 20% and tried
$590 after tax, and 11819 points pending. Look at the actual transaction, and not your "rewards" tab. You may just be seeing points that you already have earned?

I used this for 6 different orders total of 26500 points posted as pending. I ordered another today and it seems the promo has expired (no longer see 20% promo page). I assume i bought before they change terms to limit only one order per customer. Hope all points will go through!

It doesn't work with Chase, Capital One, or Discover credit cards.

It will only work with BOA, Amex, Citi credit cards and perhaps some other obscure cards like for example the Comenity Sony Visa etc)
I bought it through Discover and it worked.
