Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Can someone suggest some creative ways to stack this cashback? I don't need any electronics right now. Most of my groceries come from Costco, which doesn't support PayPal.

I know the terms say you only get 20% cashback up to $1,250 single transaction. Can I still buy something on an order totaling over $1,250 (e.g: $1800 mattress)?

Yes. FYI, Pay in 4 is only available for purchases up to a maximum of $1,500, so you'd need to get approved for the Pay Monthly option (different from the PayPal credit option, so pay attention and make sure you're selecting the right one).

I'm trying to do an ebay order now and I do see Pay in 4 when checking out but nothing about the offer. Should it have something here if it's elligible ? When I open the app I do see the 20% cash back on on Pay Later purchase with Paypal.

As long as you registered, it should work. Used it this morning on a MacBook Pro without issue.

Can you pay in full immediately after subbing to 4 payments?
Is 4 payments subject to 25% APR?

(Asking for a friend) Account has the promo activated. Never used the promo. Earlier in the day, they saw the Pay in Four option available, but still didn't use it. Now they want to checkout, and it's gone. Only the monthly payment is available (and that requires a SSN). They didn't make any purchases anywhere else in between, either. Any chance it's coming back?

Got it to work on Samsung.com for the S11 Ultra tablet. Used BofA credit card for purchase. Points were pending immediately after receiving PayPal approval/Samsung order confirmation.

Also took the advice of previous posts recommending unfreezing your Equifax credit bureau. Not sure if that was necessary, but it was smooth sailing with no issues during the entire transaction - and got a GREAT deal on a beast of a tablet. TY!

No interest for pay in 4. There is interest on the monthly payment plan.

I bought two items on November 26 and the points are still pending. Does anyone else have this issue? Also, can I just pay off the Pay in 4 purchases and still keep the points (if they ever go through) Thanks!

I was about to place an order with the Pay in 4. It didn't allow me to choose a credit card I'd like to use, nor I could add a new card. I decided to go to PayPal and selected another card as the default. Surprisingly, when I got back trying to place the order again, the Pay in 4 option was gone. Bummer.

It will be back in a day, maybe less. Check back later. I think it happens because the system places some type of temporary transaction and it needs to clear before the option shows up again. You can also call PayPal and have them clear it for you.

Does returning an item reset the Pay in 4 offer? I'm guessing no?
