Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

PayPal is a shitter, they must be doing this on purpose to stop people from saving more, but aren't legally allowed to stop this promotion early so they just prevent it from working internally for plausible deniability

Anyone know if this is dead? I tried checking my PayPal account but I might not be targeted. Just seeing if anyone knows if the promo has been reached

It's not under Offers. You should see it under Rewards, you can save other there if you have it.

Yeah, I don't know how to make this work. Saved the reward. Went shopping @Newegg. Pay Later. Selected the preapproved Pay in 4. Selected credit card payment method. Some error occurred, and now the pay in 4 option is totally gone (except it's still saved under Rewards). Pay Monthly is still available, but that one costs 29% more. Oh well 🤷

Points are coming through (not just pending) for the GC purchases? Thanks
I did my purchase when this deal first posted. It went through pending status and it came out of pending and exacty 25,000 points. Most of the 1250 was digital gift cards directly from, Home Depot.

It is still working. I just logged into my account and see the offer is still there with the red words "ending in 16 hours"

I purchased tires on Nov. 21 and got the pending points. This morning, the points were posted and I transferred $ to my bank. I now see the offer for the 20% again. (tire ransaction was $125 so I hadn't reached the limit of $250). It wasn't there yesterday so maybe those who didn't reach the max of $250 CB are eligible again after points become redeemable. Who knows though,
