Same with me. Pay in 4 was removed from Best Buy checkout as well after they cancelled it. Is it still there for you?
No, not on BB or Kohls. Will try eBay to see if it's still there. BB cancelling my big order really screwed me out of $200+ dollars if I can't get this offer anymore...

UPDATE: All tried Walmart and eBay, looks like pay in 4 option is gone from my account completely. It is available for my SO's account, but that account used the max offer limit. So, I guess the cancelled $850 BB transaction just caused PP to remove the offer from my account!

so weird... I've gotten the email from PayPal, but.... when I go to add the offer, it's not showing up on the rewards tab of my account? Anyone else run into this? Anyone fix it?
Quote from knightpitt :
I have this up on my app.... and when I click "Save offer," nothing happens... Any ideas?

Click on it again and if you see "saved" you are good to use it
Having same issue, clicked the original email offer link and it shows up like that in the app and tried to click "save" and it doesn't do anything. Doesn't show in rewards tab afterwards.

Any data points of people getting to work in this situation? Don't really want to risk it with a huge transaction without confirmation of others getting it to work.

how do you know if the offer is live in your PayPal account?
Did you find the offer in the Rewards tab? Same as the screenshot in post # 4575.

Make sure you click "Save". There should be a green banner "Saved" under the title. It's limited to 1 transaction, supposedly.

In the rewards section on PayPal's website, there is a countdown timer to when the promotion ends. When that timer reaches zero, that's when the promotion ends. If the timer doesn't say zero then the promotion is still going.

Can you tell me if you ordered 3rd party gift cards and is there a limit to how many different ones? Doing this now but don't want to get screwed by ordering too many different ones, if that's a thing. Thanks!

Tried to use Pay in 4 a couple of times in the last two days and was not approved.

Reason #1: "We regret that we are unable to approve your request at this time for the following reason: Number of open PayPal Pay in 4 Loans."

So I paid in full the three Pay in 4 loans and tried again.

Reason #2: "We regret that we are unable to approve your request at this time for the following reason: Number of recent applications submitted."

PayPal is making this up as they go along. Hard to trust a company that appears to change the terms whenever they want. I will be talking with my feet and taking my business elsewhere going forward.
