If it's a single transaction, points pending over 25k will get trimmed to $250 when they settle. What's still out in the air (for me as well) is if before the email went out, the other transactions add on to the total. I got the first $250, but still have like 9000 points pending, not sure if I'll get them in the end.
I got my points confirmed today. 1st purchase got full points, but the 2nd one only confirmed partially with a total of 250 in rewards.

Consider yourself lucky. Terms stated no "stored value cards". could mean giftcards now if ppl go through and got the points its still subjective to the pending period so they could have their points clawed back.I rather missed a discount then having to justify how to spend the extra gift cards im stuck with.
Sour grapes or you're in denial. C'mon, let it go. shake head

Looks like the cashback is capped at $250. I spent around $2k over several purchases and already received some of the cashback. The last cashback I received originally showed 1,280 points pending, but I only received 1,115 --which, when added to what I had already received, comes out to exactly 25,000 points. I still have other purchases showing pending cashback at 20% but it doesn't look like I'll actually receive them.

I thought it was called at $250
$610 is the value of the GCs I bought, not the value in Rewards points I received.

Yep, same with me for my orders yesterday. Total pending points for all orders is 25k.

For anyone have withdrawals from not being able to get this amazing deal... if you have a Chase Freedom (or 2 or 3...) card, then you can find places that sell discounted GCs and pay with PayPal+Chase for an extra 5 UR points this month per dollar spent.

Chase btw does NOT allow their cards to be used with any "buy now, pay later" services, and that's why you couldn't combine it with this 20% deal... otherwise it would have made this deal even sweeter!
5% ish deals aren't even worth the hassle to bother with anymore...for me, at least. 20% on the other hand? Yes, please.

Did you redeem the first purchase points already before they confirmed and sent the second purchase points?

If I do a return anyway I can keep the 20% cashback? What if I return the item for a gift card?

Try BestBuy.com... if you are lucky they won't cancel your order.

I just checked and my points are already pending less than an hour after the transaction and immediately paying it off. FYI, it does seem you can only pay it off with a debit card or checking account, no credit cards.
CCs work - but not all CCs work. Chase and Capital One do not work afaik. BoA and USB do.

It was pretty quick.. less than an hour.

Since the infamous email went out it does not work for me. And any points earned (total $100) are still in pending.

Should I contact customer service?
