Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Good to see people getting their pending points purchased past the initial $250 is getting confirmed. Still pending for me but hope to see them confirmed shortly. I got about 22K pending points I am hoping get confirmed so I can cash that out for a total of about $470 cashback. Real slick if this goes through.
They capped me at 250 but my wife's they paid the whole 360 for her transactions. So I plan on calling them tomorrow as they should have at least paid 250 on one of the transactions alone but did not.

Are people getting points confirmed by calling Paypal support? I am worried if I sit around for too long that the 1 billion points or whatever they allocated for this promo will be dried up if I wait too long so maybe I will give that a shot tomorrow too.

Yeah, this deal ended up being the Black Friday 2025 winner. I have one more purchase with $40 cb pending, but if/when that posts, I will have saved $680. I'm more than happy with that even if it does look like others saved waaaaay more.

Using the cash back from this, and getting the Newegg 9800x3d/ram/mobo/AIO cooler bundle for $800 (the next best bf2025 deal, imo), I was able to build a 9800x3d/RTX 5070ti machine for $1200 including tax after selling the bundled motherboard for $500 and buying a cheaper one. Super slick!

To anyone getting mad at this - you must be new here. This is a classic slick deals situation. Some people got in on it, not everyone though. Take the L and move on.

I, however, am happy when anyone else in this world benefits. Does it negatively affect me if they save money and are happy? Absolutely not.

Smile more people. Life is too short.
Agreed. I still think about missing out on the Amazon A7R II price mistake where people got $3k+ cameras and lenses for like $94. I was bummed, but I'm happy for the people who were able to get in on it.

I haven't read much of this thread but I can confirm that PayPal has fulfilled the cb for four of my five purchases, totaling over $600. I quickly deposited to my bank account in case PP decides they want to reneg.

Did you do the Save this offer part as well? Also did the order process to the point where the first (1 of 4) PayPal charge went through?

Nothing was confirmed on my end, they just went from pending to available after about 9 days. I did open a ticket with PayPal this morning on the transaction that i was shorted on and do have screenshots of the original pending amount, so i will keep y'all posted if they go back and add them.

I have been limited to the $250 max out of over $400. Called Paypal support and they had to open an investigation. Won't hear back for up to 14 days about it. Had screenshots though.

They're still disbursing cash back... sometimes out of order (e.g. i have some 11/22 orders that are still pending, while some 11/23 orders have already posted).
