Most movies are available in 4K. Comes out to only a $1 a movie.

NOT MOVIES ANYWHERE COMPATIBLE

It looks like they come out as individual codes, so you might be able to keep the ones you want and give the ones you already have in your collection to friends....

That sounds like a redemption nightmare.

On Fandango the bundle shows up as one single selection rather than 50 individual movies on the main library. I know other bundles do this but wish there was a method to break out all the individual movies

Not a nightmare for people who are willing to split the bundle. Because FanFlix breaks these out into individual redemption links, PLEASE DM me if you are interested in collaborating.

This is what I need and I'm willing to pay $1 per title. Payment via PayPal, please.

Mission:Impossible
The Addams Family
Anchorman
The Lovely Bones
Almost Famous

These sites should advertise a pool of a few hundred movies and let the buyer pick the 50 they want. Everybody that would purchase something like this most likely owns at least half of these movies. The site would increase sales and the customers get what they need.

Doesn't look like this Fanflix offer redeems on Apple TV.

Going in to view any one of the movies, it shows:

For many of us, the most important distinguishing factor is if the studio uses MoviesAnywhere.

AI summary:

Quote :
Movies Anywhere is a free digital movie locker and syncing service operated by The Walt Disney Company. It allows users to collect and organize their purchased and redeemed movies from various retailers into a single, cloud-based library, enabling streaming and downloading from one place. The service supports movies purchased from platforms like iTunes, Amazon Video, Google Play, and Vudu, as well as digital copies redeemed from physical media.
You sync up the retailer to MA, and digital copies of the MA movies you own become available on each service. This means you can select your MA movies from just one app and don't have your movies fragmented across different apps. It's significantly more convenient.

The deal in this post is a great deal, but if you buy any other digital movies in the future, you'll need to remember which retailer you bought from to access the content. Depending on your usage, this can be somewhat mitigated. For example, many TV OSes include a universal search function. But it's still a big pain in the ass, IMO, not having all your movies in one place. Personally, I only buy movies that are compatible with MA (e.g. only from the studios that have signed up for it). It means I'll miss out on a lot of good deals like this one, but I also don't have to deal with the headache of vendor lock-in or having to figure out which movies belongs to which service.

As far as the retailers go, I can't speak to what's best. I'd probably just look at who has the best bitrate for their streams (higher bitrate usually equals better quality). That ignores user interface- which may also be a source of annoyance- but is tougher to objectively judge. You could probably use an AI search to gauge user sentiment of the different services, if you wanted a quick and dirty way to compare.

Which service have you individual codes? 4k?

Can anyone confirm whether these come out as individual codes or if they are a single bundle code when redeemed at Fandango at Home? The inclusion of even a single HD movie downgrades all the rest to HD in bundles from my experience as suggested by the poster above. I was hoping to get this for a few films and to upgrade several of the ones I have already to 4K.

Wow, great deal. New to digital movie purchase, advantage/disadvantage of fandango vs Apple vs Fanflix.
Take these tips into consideration for this deal and others that are not MoviesAnywhere eligible... Fandango sells the entire bundle at the lowest quality available movie's standard.

Quality Benefits :
Fanflix: 45 4k movies and 5 HD movies (redeemable at Fandango)
Fandango: 50 HD movies (redeemable at Fandango)
Apple: 45 4k movies and 5 HD movies (those HD movies do get upgraded to 4K once made available, all on Apple's platform)

Prices Benefits
Fanflix: Can sometimes catch 10% off coupon codes... (GOBBLE10 will get you 10% off right now, so it's $45 out the pocket)
Fandango: You can commonly buy FAH giftcards at 20% off... so that $50 purchase is $40 cash out of pocket.
Apple: Not much other than usually the first to price match

Having collected digital movie's since about 2020, I do say spend the extra $5 at FanFlix over Fandango gift card discount to get the better quality (even if you're okay with HD right now, that will change in time).

Here are some other longer term tips to note:

1. Package Deal vs. Individual movie deal: This deal has all 50 movies individually and needs to add to your cart one at a time, slightly inconvenient, but you do have the benefit of selling/trading/giving away movies you already own digitally. If it's a 50-movies in 1 code deal, you have no ability to split off individual movies and end up with duplicates, which gives you no personal benefit.

2. Sale Prices: I rarely if ever pay full price for Digital codes. Always check CheapCharts to get some price tracking. No sense spending the regular $19.99 price on a digital movie when it's commonly on sale for $4.99.
